Welcome to the Ivy Designs Studio Payment Portal—where creativity meets clarity. To secure your project and reserve your spot on our design calendar, a deposit is required before work begins. This ensures we can dedicate the time, attention, and artistry your brand or event deserves.
Deposits
Designing Project
A non-refundable deposit of designers percentage that is spoken in consultation and contract is required to initiate your project. This applies to all branding packages, design services, and custom documentation.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files or printed materials. Discussed with designer through consultation
*NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR CONTRACT RELATED PARTICIPANTS, refunds will not be available if client has paid for something and has not spoken with designer and signed contract*

Payment Arrangements

• No work will begin until the first payment is received.

• For larger or multi-phase projects, a milestone-based payment schedule may be outlined in your proposal.

Call-In Payments
For clients who prefer a more personal touch, Ivy Designs Studio offers Call-In Payment options. This allows you to securely submit your payment over the phone with direct assistance from our team.
In-Person Payments
We’re excited to announce that tap, insert, and swipe card payments will soon be available at Ivy Designs Studio! Whether you're meeting with us for a design consultation, picking up printed materials, or finalizing your project in person, you'll be able to pay securely and effortlessly—no invoice required.
